Today we welcome Olivia Lock to our faculty. Olivia will be teaching musical theatre and street dance, and commercial.
Here’s a little more about Olivia.
Olivia has been in the performing sector for the majority of her life, starting out as a dancer when she was just six years old. Olivia’s background is in Musical Theatre, and in 2015 she made her West End debut dancing at Her Majesty’s Theatre. Since then, she developed her passion for Acting on Stage and Screen and has since studied at drama school in London (Mountview Academy Of Theatre Arts).
Recently, she has just finished filming on a new Disney+ Original Series whilst shooting a short film for worldwide film festivals and also working with the BBC. Olivia also holds multiple awards in Modern Jazz and Commercial after competing professionally for many years and achieving all grade Distinction marks. In addition, Olivia still loves to teach! She works with multiple dancers and performing arts schools in and around Leicestershire, teaching various styles in Dance, Musical Theatre and Acting, and enjoys continuing to share her passion with her students.
