At Dance Central, we value family time and offer classes throughout the week to accommodate busy schedules. To make it more convenient for our students and their families, we group classes of similar abilities together. This helps minimise the need for excessive travel to our school, so you can spend more time with your loved ones. Click on our timetable to find your perfect class.
At Dance Central, you'll be taught by a team of experienced and qualified teachers, who hold teaching qualifications in their chosen genres, including ISTD DDE in Imperial Ballet, Modern Theatre and Tap Dance, Acrobatic Arts, and Progressive Ballet Technique. Rest assured that all of our teachers are fully DBS checked. When you choose Dance Central, you're in good hands.
At Dance Central Leicester, we offer ISTD instruction, the renowned Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance program. With the largest number of exams of any dance examination board, ISTD is an excellent program for dancers of all levels.
Dance Central promotes and encourages students to take ISTD exams in Ballet, Tap and Modern. Grades 1-6 are accredited by Ofqual, ensuring high-quality standards.
And here's an exciting benefit: once students reach Grade 6 and above, the exams attract UCAS points, adding value to their academic profile.
There is no requirement to take multiple classes. Whether you choose to join one or all of our available classes, we will provide you with the same level of attention and support to help you reach your full potential. We welcome pupils to join as many or as few classes as they like.
