At Dance Central, we work hard but play hard. Why? Because we believe that a fun and nurturing environment brings out the best in our pupils. We take time to appreciate everyone’s individuality and uniqueness and ensure that every one of our pupils receives the same level of attention.
Thursday evenings are always full of laughter for our Inters, who start the day off with Stretch and Conditioning Class followed by Musical Theatre, Commercial and Acro. Needless to say, they sleep well afterwards!
Why do we make dancing fun? First and foremost, it allows people to express themselves creatively through movement and music. Dancing is also a social activity, providing opportunities to connect with others and make new friends. It can be a great way to stay active and healthy, both physically and mentally, as it combines physical exercise with mental stimulation and emotional expression. Additionally, dancing can be a way to escape and let loose, providing a break from the stresses of everyday life.
